Calling ALL G.O.A.T Vtg Vendors

Prospective vendors - please communicate via Instagram DM with us directly @rifframvintage to express interest. 

If you replied "IN", we'll include you in a separate group chat that will give instructions for First Come, First Served spot selection and payment on Friday, April 16th.

If you would like to join but we already have 15 sign ups, you'll be added to "alternates" and can secure a spot if other vendors do not submit payment / select a spot by the deadline on Friday. 

• Paid Instagram Advertising for the Event
• Paid marketing & Signage for around TCU campus and University/Berry streets
• Your spot at an EPIC venue with a high concentration of customers ready & able to drop $$$ 
• Lots of foot/incidental customer traffic 
• Live Music (4-5 rotating DJs)
• Food Truck on Site (pending confirmation)
• A BIG 'OL VINTAGE PARTY

• All spaces have access to power
• All large furniture typically in the coffee shop will be relocated
• Although there are vendor spaces directly in front of the DJ/stage, note the music speakers are in the ceiling so you won't be blasted out from music if you choose those spots
• Spaces 6 - 13 include 20 square feet (4x5) table space AND space for 2 racks in an "L" shape on one side
• Space 1 has room for 2 racks and maybe a small table, but can't fully block the door it's in front of (see photos). We discounted that space accordingly. 
• Space 5 is large, please note it adjacent to a staircase and door that won't be in use. 
• Space 14 is next to a small set of stairs for the stage - this can be used for display of hats/shoes

• Please try to maintain a visually pleasing aesthetic - no bargain garment "piles" on the ground or discount bins overflowing onto the floor. 
• If you have a lot of hats or shoes, try to snag one of the table booths for lots of surface area to display
• Help maintain the "flow" of foot traffic and do not block aisles

• Please pay attention to lots/spots that are marked "No Parking" - You will be towed! 
• You can park temporarily in the lot directly across from the entrance to unload, but will have to move your car afterwards because this lot WILL tow 
• There's lots of street parking, and across Berry there are lots owned by TCU we have permission to use
• Drink some coffee or a Monster- let's bring some energy and fun to this event !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
